Most manual controllers require constant adjustments and schedule changes according to weather, plant growth, sun exposure, etc. in order to keep the landscape healthy and thriving. With a weather-based controller and satellite updating service, the necessity to manually adjust the clock is reduced to a minimum. Because these controllers utilize a sophisticated scheduling engine to determine the optimum watering days and runtimes, it is vital that adjustments to individual station parameters be made by knowledgeable personnel only. For this reason The Frog Hollow is offering a 12 month clock management program. |

· Installation of Smart Controller and any necessary accessories (pedestal or wall-mount, remote, concrete slab, lock box, etc.) · Installation of WeatherTrak Satellite Service to allow for daily updates. We will also handle the service fee and any software updates for the first year after installation. · Upload appropriate site information and individual zone parameters to include: Sprinkler Type, Precipitation Rate, Efficiency Factor, Soil Type, Plant Type, Root Depth, Water Use, Micro-Climate and Degree of Slope. · Create a working Irrigation Schedule to be placed in the controller box or with the Site Engineer. |
Month one |

Three follow up visits within 45 days of installation to provide the following: - Assess zone efficiency and probe soil to find inadequate system operations and correct zone parameters accordingly. - Provide Zone Map (shown below) with easy to read valve locations to be placed in the controller box or with the Site Engineer. - Take soil samples to test acidity and mineral levels to help evaluate necessary fertilizers and amendments to improve plant health, growth and water retention qualities.

Month two |

· Quarterly visits for the remainder of the 12 month period to include: - Probing soil to evaluate and adjust zone parameters as necessary to provide maximum water savings. - Creating updated Irrigation Schedule to be stored in the controller box or with the Site Engineer. · Upgrades to system components such as sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, etc. to increase water savings and improve system efficiency will take place during this time. · Any upgrade or improvements can be made on an as-need basis according to your budget and priorities. |
